We would like to inform our valued guests that we are regretfully obliged to postpone our opening date till the end of May, adhering to the Greek government announcement to suspend the operation of all hotels and resorts, in an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Meanwhile, we’ll be doing our best to stay positive and prepare our hotels for your future stay. Your safety and security, as well as your satisfaction, is a matter of urgency for us. As coronavirus (COVID-19) is spreading and appears to evolve we are committed to ensuring your travel arrangements with flexibility.

We hope that we’ll have the opportunity to welcome you soon, but in the meantime please find below our updated flexible policies.

If you have booked your stay directly through our website or our reservations team with arrival until the 31st of May, you may rebook your stay and get benefited with a 10% discount and upgrade (subject to availability) without any fees apart from the rate difference according to the period. Please feel free even to change hotel or destination and choose among any of our 65 properties All Over Greece If you have booked your stay directly through our website or our reservations team with an arrival from 1st of June till 31st of December, we provided you with further flexible options according to the rate booked: In case of reservation in a non-refundable rate plan, you can rebook your stay in a future date within 2020 or 2021, to any of our HotelKeys hotels all over Greece, without any fees apart from the rate difference according to the period. You do not have to decide the dates in advance. We will provide you with a voucher you can use as soon as you feel more confident to rebook In case of a reservation on a refundable rate, you can cancel your reservation without any fees applied even up to seven (7) days before arrival. If you have booked your stay through your travel agent or an online travel agency, you are kindly requested to contact your provider directly and they will be able to assist you with your request.

  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (including lobbies, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, etc.) and have continued the use of a hospital-grade disinfectant.
  • We will continue to adjust the food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations.
  • We have increased the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitizers.
  • We support and follow the guidelines and recommendations of local and health authorities


• Guests are welcomed at our outdoor spaces with safe distances for a contactless check-in process
• Option of web registration is provided and highly suggested
• Check out must take place until 11:00 and check in must be at 15:00 and onwards
• We encourage you to use the service of receiving your invoice upon check out via email and payments are preferred to be done with debit or credit cards
• All your room keys are sanitized very carefully before your arrival at the hotel


Meticulously cleaning, naturally aired rooms and deep sanitation of rooms before your arrival, also proper attention to all room spots that are mostly used and touched, such as doorknobs, telephone, bath, and washbasin tabs, remote controls.
• We inform you that the cleaning and change of linen and towels is scheduled every 3 days
• We have removed from all our rooms, decorations, info and directory folders, laundry bags, and extra runner linen from the bed
• A/C filters will be cleaned and disinfected after every departure
• Sanitizers at your disposal in each of our rooms


• All the public areas and mainly used spots of the hotel are frequently cleaned thoroughly.
• Sanitizer dispensers can be found at the bar of the hotel for our guest’s convenience and in all back of house areas for our valued staff
• Clear signage of cleanliness procedures demonstrated in common areas


Kindly advise us of the time you wish to savor your contactless breakfast in a box (consisted of disposable materials) at the privacy of your room from the previous night. For our valued guests’ convenience, we have extended the breakfast offering hour till noon.

• Reservation of sunbeds/towel is not allowed by no one except they are physically present at the time
